Yesterday was spent traveling from Nashville to Harrisonburg, VA. Hoping for a 1:00 departure, we didn't pull out of Nashville until almost 2:00, but thankfully we had carefully packed the van and left with all the important and necessary things (except my driver's license, which I realized I left in Nashville when we were about 90 minutes down the road... whoops.. hopefully I won't need it ... and it looks like hubby will be doing all the driving).
Lot of rolling green hills covered with quaint farms make this stretch of road so easy to enjoy and that "super moon" rising in the southeastern sky was the perfect ending for our first day on the road.
We are headed to Baltimore this morning with a planned stop on the way to see my brother, Glenn and his family for breakfast. More later...
